Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, it's not always possible for a surgeon to e-mail you personally. Indeed, a single e-mail can sometimes take longer to write than performing the surgery itself. 
On the basis of the reciprocal conventions between our specialists, we assist our patients in all details during the complete process . In close hourly and daily co-operation with our plastic surgeons, we provide all necessary technical-medical information. We inform about your operation, about the possibilities of treatment by our plastic surgeons and their prices. Further, we provide all necessary assistance for completing arrangements, including preliminary information, preliminary picture evaluation, anamnestic, booking appointments, payments and securing post-operational accommodations for our patients and accompanying companions. Upon request we assist with travel arrangements, give directions to the clinic, send our taxi to the airport or rail station. Of course, upon request we also organize personal phone contact with our specialists, if the patient wants to speak with the specialist before his consultation. Welcome!
